Creamy, tangy goat cheese spread made with fresh Saskatoon berries—lightly sweet, subtly tart, and irresistibly smooth. Perfect for crackers, toast, or pairing with charcuterie.
Ingredients
- 8oz goat cheese log
- 3oz cream cheese
- Wee Bee Jammin' saskatoon jam
- Sleeping Bear Farms honey
- Lynn & Perin blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Whip together the goat cheese and cream cheese.
Spread in an even layer on serving dish.
Top with the saskatoon jam or another jam of your choosing.
Drizzle with honey and balsamic.
Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
