Baked Brie with Apricot Jam is a warm, melty wheel of creamy Brie topped with sweet-tart apricot preserves, baked until irresistibly gooey and perfect for scooping with crusty bread or crackers. Elegant, cozy, and effortless—an instant crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie (8–12 oz)
  • ¼ cup apricot Divina jam
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash, optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp sliced almonds or chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for taste)
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Super Easy (No Puff Pastry)

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Place Brie in a small oven-safe dish or on parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Spoon apricot jam over the top of the Brie.

  5. Sprinkle with nuts if using.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty inside (but not totally collapsing).

  7. Garnish with herbs if you’re feeling fancy. Serve warm.
