Developed in Italy made in the U.S.  Ripe figs cooked down with sweet white onions and a touch of dark balsamic vinegar. Our mouths were watering, so we tried this on a pork roast. A perfect blend of savory and sweet. It has potential to be used on many things. I even put it on the salad!
