Where to Use Use Lemon Pepper seasoning as a rub or sprinkle for fish, meat, chicken, seafood, or tofu before you broil or grill. It is excellent with salads, including potato and pasta salads. We like using it to make an herb butter. Take softened butter and stir in a little bit of this lemon pepper. This seasoned butter tastes amazing on plain bagels, but you can use it on toast or freshly baked bread as well. Lemon pepper is amazing on roasted vegetables, as the sweetness of the roasted vegetables melds together nicely with the zingy flavor of the lemon pepper.
