Here is a simple balsamic vinaigrette recipe:
3 tablespoons Lynn and Perin traditional dark balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Mabs mustard found at Lynn and Perin , or Brownwood farms famous Kreme mustard, found at Lynn and Perin
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Lynn and Perin Kalamata olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper (at Lynn and Perin we have many different salt and pepper options)
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Add the oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
